I had a rather disappointing experience with Dr. Suruchi Puri. I visited her for a skin problem involving significant itching, as I suspected it could be an allergy or fungal infection. The consultation fee was ₹2,000, which I initially felt was on the higher side, but I was willing to pay it assuming I would receive a thorough consultation and expert guidance and she’s probably a really good doctor. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel worth the amount charged. After examining my skin, I was prescribed several medicines. Immediately after writing the prescription, the prescription was taken outside by the doctor and I was presented with a bill for products available at the clinic. When I asked whether these medicines were being provided at MRP, I did not receive a clear answer rather the reception guy was just smiling. I was simply told that some of the prescribed medicines were available at the clinic and would not be available outside. This made me uncomfortable because it gave me the impression that there was more focus on selling products than on explaining my condition and treatment. By the end of the consultation, I was honestly left questioning whether I had chosen the right place for my skin concern and will need to take second opinion as here the focus is just on selling products. I believe patients should feel confident about their diagnosis, understand their treatment clearly, and have the freedom to purchase prescribed medicines from wherever they are comfortable. I’ve been getting PRP treatment here since 2018, but unfortunately, I feel that the quality of service has deteriorated over the years. Earlier, the experience felt more personal and thorough. Now, if you have paid Rs 15,750 for the PRP session, Dr Suruchi does not seem to entertain any questions or discussion unless you pay an additional consultation fee. It feels unreasonable to have to pay extra just to speak with the doctor about a treatment you are already receiving. The entire process also feels much more rushed than it did a few years ago. The procedure is not done by Dr Suruchi herself anymore. I’m not even informed directly when the PRP procedure is complete. Instead, an attendant comes in and tells me that it’s done, without any communication or closing remarks from the doctor. I liked the services very much .The dr is too good and very caring .Gives detailed consultation and good point is that every patient is consulted by dr suruchi puri herself and not by juniors or counsellors who are not degree holder in this field . Treatment is top notch and remarkable results .Waiting time is bit more here because every patient is consulted by dr puri herself .Best dermatologist and hair doctor in Delhi .A nice place to get treated and evaluated
